  • James W. Stands

    James W. Stands, M.D.

    Dr. James (Jimmy) W. Stands has been a physician with SC OBGYN since 1980. A native of Columbia, SC, he received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. He completed his internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, SC.

    Dr. Stands’ interests include most outdoors activities and mission trips. When not participating in numerous community activities, he and his wife enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.

    Dr. Stands is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

  • M. Tucker Laffitte, III

    M. Tucker Laffitte, III, M.D.

    Dr. M. Tucker Laffitte, III, has been a physician with SC OBGYN since 1988. A native of Columbia, SC, he received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. He completed his internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, SC.

    Some of Dr. Laffitte’s interests include fishing and traveling. He and his wife (a veterinarian) enjoy spending time with their children and working on their farm.

    Dr. Laffitte is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is a member of the South Carolina OB-GYN Society and the Columbia Medical Society.

  • Mark H. Salley

    Mark H. Salley, M.D.

    Dr. Mark Salley is a second generation physician from Columbia, SC. His father, Julian Salley, founded South Carolina OB/GYN with Dr. John Bunch in the 1950's. Dr. Salley graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in nutrition, then completed medical school at MUSC in Charleston. He completed his residency at UNC Chapel Hill. He is Board Certified in general OB/GYN, and has a keen interest in preventative health, advanced laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis, pelvic pain and fibroids. He has many years of experience with vaginal surgery, pelvic reconstruction for pelvic organ prolapse and sling procedures for urinary incontinence. He has been performing endometrial ablations since 1991. He enjoys comprehensive low and high risk obstetrical care.

    Dr. Salley is past president of South Carolina Obstetrics and Gynecology Society and the Robert S. Ross OB/GYN Society of Chapel Hill North Carolina. He is a member of the AOA Honor Society and is board certified by the American Congress of OB/GYN.

  • David C. Holladay

    David C. Holladay, M.D.

    Dr. David C. Holladay has been a physician with SC OBGYN since 1992. A native of Columbia, SC, he received his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, SC. He completed his internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, SC.

    Some of Dr. Holladay’s interests include golf, fishing, bicycling, skiing and most sports. In addition to numerous community activities, he is a spin instructor who loves nutritional/health counseling.

    Dr. Holladay is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is a member of the Southern Clinical Congress of OB-GYN, the South Carolina OB-GYN Society and the Columbia Medical Society.

  • Thomas P. Giudice

    Thomas P. Giudice, M.D.

    Dr. Thomas Giudice (Tom) has been a physician with South Carolina OB/GYN since 1997. A native of Gainesville, Florida, he holds a bachelors in biology, a masters in anatomy, and his medical degree, all with high honors. He was a Todd Scholar, recipient of the Merck award for excellence as well as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He is married to Joanna Fulda Giudice and has two daughters.

    Dr. Giudice, in addition to practicing with South Carolina obstetrics and gynecology, serves as clinical associate professor of gynecology and anatomy for the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He has also been actively involved in clinical research and teaching surgery to medical students, residents and post-graduate physicians throughout the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia.

    Dr. Giudice has the distinction of being one of only a few physicians with a double board certification including obstetrics and gynecology as well as female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery/Urogynecology (FPMRS). FPMRS is a sub-specialization of gynecology in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse and urinary and rectal incontinence. Dr. Giudice is considered one of the leading experts in minimally invasive surgery, including robotic, laparoscopic and transvaginal, for the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence.

  • Robert P. Grumbach

    Robert P. Grumbach, M.D.

    Dr. Robert (Bob) P. Grumbach has been a physician with SC OBGYN since 2000. A native of Sherman, TX, but raised in Summerville, SC, Dr. Grumbach received his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, SC and his undergraduate degree from Clemson University. He completed his internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Greenville Hospital in Greenville, SC.

    Dr. Grumbach’s interests include reading, fitness, and the outdoors. He enjoys taking part in his kids' various sporting activities.

    Dr. Grumbach is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the South Carolina OB-GYN Society and the Columbia Medical Society.

  • Rebecca B. Ridenhour

    Rebecca B. Ridenhour, M.D.

    Dr. Rebecca (Becky) B. Ridenhour, M.D., has been with SC OBGYN since 2008. A native of Lugoff, SC, she received her medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, SC. She served her internship and residency Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University Health Systems of Eastern Carolina in Greenville, North Carolina.

    Some of Dr. Ridenhour’s interests include jogging, hiking, camping, and anything to do with the great outdoors. She and her husband also enjoy spending time with their sons.

    Dr. Ridenhour is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a member of the South Carolina Medical Society.

  • Christopher T. Hutchinson

    Christopher T. Hutchinson, M.D.

    Dr. Christopher T. Hutchinson joined SC OBGYN May 1st, 2014. He is a native of Columbia, he received his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at University of South Carolina School of Medicine and Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, SC. Dr. Hutchinson has practiced in our community for 14 years.

    Some of his interests are spending time with his wife and three boys. In addition he enjoys boating fishing, hunting and playing the guitar.

    Dr. Hutchinson is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is a member of the South Carolina Medical Society, American Medical Association and American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

  • Mary K. Neuffer

    Mary K. Neuffer, M.D.

    Dr. Mary K. Neuffer joined SC OBGYN in August 2014 with over 30 years of experience in the specialty. Originally from Clifton, New Jersey, Dr. Neuffer received her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC after receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University. She completed her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of South Alabama Medical Center in Mobile, Alabama.

    Dr. Neuffer resides in Columbia with her husband, Dr. Frances Neuffer, M.D. They have three children: a son, John, and two daughters, Katie and Caroline.

    Dr. Neuffer is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

  • Courtney Brooks

    Courtney Brooks, M.D.

    Dr. Courtney Brooks is a native of Saluda, SC and joined SCOBGYN in 2016. She has a B.S. in biology from the College of Charleston and attended University of South Carolina School of Medicine for her medical degree. She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honors society. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology in 2012. 

    She is married to Tim Brooks, M.D. and they have three children. She enjoys travel and spending time with her family.

    Dr. Brooks is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a Fellow of The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. 
  • Lindsey Taylor

    Lindsey Taylor, ARNP

    Lindsey is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner and received her Masters of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Florida in 2008. Lindsey has 8 years of experience in both Aesthetics as well as in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She has completed extensive advanced training in Aesthetic treatments such as: Botox and dermal filler injections, laser skin treatments, CoolSculpting Treatment to Transformation Program, vein treatments and chemical peels. Lindsey works with each of her patients to create a customized skincare and treatment plan.
